This past week we tackled a shop that needed lots of patch work, paint matching and cleaning. We also tackled an entire home that was occupied by the owner - ceilings and walls. I know they hated living in a house covered in plastic and paper but it was well worth it. This home had been smoked in for close to two decades. The client had contacted Maid With Paint to clean the ceiling and walls but we urged her to chose painting instead. Why? The prep would require all the same things and who knows how many hours. That kind of cleaning we can hope to guess a time frame correctly but there's no definite answer. Removing decor, moving furniture, plastic everywhere would still be needed and we pride ourselves on honesty. We will gladly clean walls if we feel it will take care of the issue at hand but there was no guarantee that this home wasn't going to come out streaked or the stains wouldn't reappear in a short time. If we feel that we cannot achieve what you are looking for, if it is out of our skill set etc.. we will be sure to tell you. We would never take a job we felt would leave our clients less than satisfied. The client is happy with her choice and so are we! Her once white house is white again!

Nicole ripped off ugly carpet and linoleum from her basement stairs years ago leaving layers of glue behind. We decided on a small face-lift for this old farm house basement stairwell. Kept it simple with no doors or repairs just make it look better than it's current state. We also did a deep clean on the main and second levels of the home.
