Ascent Pro Support

We have a position open for Technical Solutions Consultant. This position is remote and is a full-time, long-term contractor position.

The ideal candidate will have two years' tech support experience, SQL experience, 1 year experience in a trainer role (preferred). Experience providing remote training a plus.

Our contractor will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 tech support, train customers, write manuals, and provide user testing. They will work remotely, living in one of the following states: Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, or Wisconsin
