At some point Saturday, one of the hoses to my shampoo sink - we suspect - must have had a seal bust and water began flowing like a waterfall . It wasn’t until Sunday around 1:30pm that Sam Norris happen to come in to cut his dads hair . He immediately called and said “ I just walked into the salon and stepped in 3” of water”.

After a very long Sunday of clearing out and soaking up the water , Service Pro was called in with the big equipment. The salon is functioning , minus everyone’s favorite sink unit . We do have lots of air movers and dehumidifiers set up around the salon . They estimate it will be at least a few more days of drying out . So if you have ever wanted to experience getting your hair done in a hurricane ? I say keep your appointment bc we are already over booked !! I apologize for the noise and for not offering a swimming pool while at your next appointment !! Guessing this was a sign to remodel the salon ? So I’m all ears for any input ? Remember, I don’t do cookie cutter cute or extreme minimalistic . Not my jam .
