We’ve been made aware of individuals attempting to recruit vendors for our upcoming softball tournament. While the tournament itself is legitimate, these vendor solicitations are NOT affiliated with us and are a scam.

⚠️ Please note:

We are NOT currently accepting vendor applications through third parties

We will never request payment or information through unofficial channels

Any legitimate communication will come directly from our organization

If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent our tournament for vendor opportunities, do not respond or send payment.

👉 If you’re unsure whether a message is legitimate, please contact us directly before taking any action.
