I have been at this cross road and it is a lonely feeling. I needed help and did not know where to turn. I began to take the first step and admit I needed help sorting all this out that was going on in my life. The second step was being 100% honest with myself. All you have to do for today is take that first step towards making the change you want.

When I had hit my rock bottom it was hard for me to not be ashamed of my mistake. One thing I learned through the process of my recovery was giving myself some grace.
