PSA for The Perfect 10 photography clients:
All of this info is in the booking information as well, but just thought I would post to reiterate all of our policies. Your edits are not put on the list until selections have been made AND payment has been received for additional edits outside of what is included in your package.
Turnaround times are not from the date of your shoot. They are not from the date that you select your edits. Turnaround time starts from the day that you have made payment on your edits. Gallery turnaround time is approximately 14 business days from the date of your shoot. Edit turnaround time is approximately 45 business days from the date we have received your selections and payment. If you are unsure what business days mean, that does not include weekends or holidays. Rush options are available if you need your images before the standard turnaround time.
