Home owner check list ✅

- Window casements had rust
* we wired brushed it primed and painted back
- shower had old caulk that was pealed and cracked
* We came in scraped all caulking out and recaulk back making it so homeowner has no worries of leaks happening underneath
- Door frame rotted at bottom
* We cut the portion that was water damaged installed 3/4 pcv board caulking and painted whole door frame , never will have water damage again
- insulation some areas in attic inspector said needed
* came in installed insulation in all areas needed as required from inspector

Had client with a door jam bowing and light was coming in , came through and took trim off added shims to pop trim back to being leveled and slapped trim back on caulking and puddy all the holes as well caulk whole bottom and around for because old caulk was cracked open and old
And repainted back to new.
