What does the CRC do? When a child experiences abuse or neglect, they deserve a place where they feel safe, heard, and supported.

The CRC serves as a Child Advocacy Center for Horry and Georgetown Counties, bringing together law enforcement, child protective services, medical professionals, prosecutors, victim advocates, and mental health providers, all under one roof. This coordinated approach helps reduce trauma for children while supporting investigations and connecting families with the resources they need to begin healing.
