Halloween is quickly approaching. What day and hours would be best for everyone to schedule a community Trick-or-Treat event?

FYI PLEASE READ:
We met with our landscapers yesterday, Amazing Blades, and they are working on making our community as beautiful as possible and are willing to do some things to help with our drainage.
Our meeting reminded me of our policy that you may not be aware of. The landscapers are NOT to edge any driveway if a car is parked in the driveway near where they need to edge. This is prevent any possible damage to your vehicle. If you see the landscapers edging in the neighborhood and would like them to edge your driveway, please move your vehicle temporarily so that they can edge without any risk to your vehicle. Thank you!
