Winter rental available immediately. This is an ocean view, 1 bedroom condo located at Monterey Bay Resort in Myrtle Beach. Amazing ocean views, full kitchen, 2 queen beds, sofa, flat screen TV's, full size murphy bed, private balcony, and more. Rent is $850 per month plus a $400 security deposit.
No pets, no smoking. The unit is rented fully furnished from December 1 - March 1. Towels and linens are NOT provided.
If staying the full 3 months, an application would be required. The application is a basic credit and background check. We are not as concerned with the credit score as much as we are your ability to make the payments.
