I had the privilege to conduct the NHWA's Home Watch Boot Camp training with 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 (𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 & 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 & 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁) servicing Marco Island and Naples, Florida. Jennifer was a critical care nurse for 20 years. She’s used to caring for others and she's great at documenting and communicating. Traits you definitely want in your Home Watcher! She’s also kind, trustworthy, and shows up whether the need is small or great. Jennifer wanted to be trained with the industry’s/profession's “BEST” practices…and she has! She completed 2 full days of 1-on-1 training going over her “specific” business needs, conducting onsite home watch inspections/checks, and going through the NHWA’s curriculums created by home watch business leaders throughout the United States and Canada.
Jennfer has also received her designation for “Certified Home Watch Professional”. Certification lets the public know of a Home Watch professional’s commitment to excellence, by upholding the very highest of standards in the Home Watch industry. CONGRATS JENNIFER!! 🥳

Isle of Palms resident Zachary Moore brings a lifetime of craftsmanship and a career built on precision to every home he cares for.

Raised by a stepfather who was a custom home builder, Zachary learned hands-on craftsmanship early and later used that skill while renovating multiple homes. He went on to complete a distinguished 25-year career in U.S. Air Force aircraft maintenance, where he developed an exceptional eye for detail, quality, and reliability.

On November 20th and 21st, he attended the NHWA’s two-day hands-on, intensive Home Watch Boot Camp, earning his certification as a Certified Home Watch Professional.
