Sean Brooks

My Story

Sean was born and raised outside Atlanta, GA where he spent most of his life pursuing his passion playing soccer at the highest level. His competitive nature and drive to succeed landed him a scholarship to play at West Virginia University where he went on to win a Big East Championship and be recognized as one of the most elite teams in the country.

In 2009 toward the end of his collegiate career, Sean decided to shift gears from playing professionally, and move to Myrtle Beach to pursue his new obsession, Real Estate. He channeled all that drive, determination, and motivation he used to create a successful athletic career, and re-focused that energy to set the real estate industry on fire.

The first 5 years of his real estate career was spent as an investor where he focused on buying, flipping, and renting properties, as well as consulting other investors to do the same. As the market evolved, he recognized an overwhelming demand in the marketplace and became a Realtor with an intimate understanding of investment real estate to help protect his clients, most of which are making the largest and most important investment of their life, a home at the beach.

As a real estate agent, Sean has built a reputation of doing whatever it takes to protect and fight for his clients as an elite fiduciary professional, always putting people before profits.
