As an FYI as we transition from cold to warm weather we'll all be using our air conditioners more and more. And you'll be hearing more and more A/C companies advertising "specials" to check you HVAC systems. As a licensed mechanical contractor I always recommend my real estate clients to take a look at their outdoor condensing units. If the unit is full of debri like the one on the right it is a good idea to remove the debri as a dirty condensing unit is not efficient. Once the airflow is re established turn on the system and touch the big line (covered in insulation). After about 5 minutes of run time it should be nice and cool (my techs coined the phrase "the beer can method" (cool and condensating like a beer can on a hot summer day).
