Ratatouille Crepe with sautéed eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, tomato, bell pepper, basil and Swiss, $9.50

French Twist will announce our new Spring Menu(s) next week. Come enjoy the following entrees while you still can:

Chicken Cordon Bleu, chicken breast stuffed with ham and Gruyere cheese, breaded and baked to perfection served with rosemary, smashed red bliss potatoes and sautéed asparagus, 20

Crispy Pork Belly, gently braised and fried until crispy and golden brown, sliced and served atop rosemary, smashed red bliss potatoes with sautéed spinach, and drizzled with a sweet balsamic reduction, 23

Seared Scallops, U-10 diver scallops pan-seared and basted with clarified butter, complimented by a tomato/basil beurre blanc, served with mushroom risotto and sautéed spinach, 26 for 5 scallops or 19 for 3 scallops
