Great job in the Skills Competition today Mustangs!!

Second time we played them.

Players…A negative mindset puts you in a position to fail 100% of the time. When you have thoughts like…

"I should be the one starting there."
"He should have made that play, I can't believe he made that error."
"I HOPE I hit the ball."
"This is going to be a bad day."

Often, you may tell yourself you aren't thinking about these bad thoughts but when you are constantly thinking this way, you won't realize you are not completely focused on the task at hand. This mindset puts you in a position where you may have a shorter fuse and get frustrated quicker in moments of adversity. Times where you usually are able to stay relaxed, focused and able to slow the game down, just won't happen because of the negativity overtaking your emotions.

Train yourself to have a short memory.
Train yourself to think positively in all aspects of life.
Train yourself to not be a ME person and always think about others first.

Having a positive attitude/approach to whatever it is you are doing will put you in a position to succeed 100% of the time.
