Way to start the week CFN!!!
The morning showed up and out, so much so we didn’t have enough wall space on one wall!
Come join us at 5am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 4:30pm or
At the end of the day we always have a little extra accessory work, either core or a “bro sesh”
9am, and noon have been GETTING IT & I love it!

CFN weekly run ended with the blueberry festival 5k/10k
So proud of everyone for adding some extra cardio in these past few months and always proud of everyone stepping out on this HOT, congested trail for the blueberry run.
