Local design firm is seeking a full time temporary administrative assistant from March thru August. Duties include but are not limited to scheduling, filing, answering phone, ordering office supplies and general office assistance. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred. Candidate must have positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Is essential.
