🌞✨ As summer slowly fades into the golden hues of fall, I find myself reflecting on the beautiful moments of this season. I took this photo while on a bike ride to the beach a couple of weeks ago. I couldn’t resist but to stop and capture the everlasting beauty of this island we call home. 🌊🌅

It’s rare that I show face like this here — and yet, I felt called to posting this photo, an unfiltered selfie, that I took with my dear friend at our favorite bench by the Sea last July 🌊

While I do enjoy sharing the magic of Monarch’s space through images that connect the mind, body and spirit, I also wanted to acknowledge how much I love being outside, on this beautiful land, surrounded by friends and enjoying the natural beauty that is gifted by the ultimate Mother, Mother Earth. 🌳

After working the morning, I’m so grateful to get back to that same beach in this photo to enjoy the fresh air and celebrate the spirit of Earth Day this afternoon. 🌎
