At ACK Eye, we are dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients, our employees, and our community. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus pandemic and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our patients as the situation evolves.

At this time, in the attempt to aggressively combat community transmission of COVID-19, we have implemented strict distancing protocol.

We are now working with a limited staff to make the following adjustments in patient care:

A team member will be available Monday -Thursday, 9am - 12pm, & 2pm - 5pm and Friday 9am -11am & 12pm - 3 pm to answer your calls at our office: (508) 228-0844.

We are seeing emergency and urgent patient visits only. If you do not have a confirmed emergency appointment, please call the office so we may consult with the doctor and advise.

Dr. Ruby is available for video conferencing and telemedicine.

For vision materials like glasses and contact lenses, we are still working with our suppliers to meet your needs as rapidly as possible. We are fulfilling contact lens orders and glasses orders whenever possible. When your product arrives, we are asking that patients park in our parking lot, call or text the office, and a team member will be on hand to deliver your product to your car.
