Posted • Salud Napa Valley is one of the premier fundraising events in the valley. To honor our 50th year, we're planning a three-day celebration!
Whether you purchase individual tickets or a weekend pass, we hope to see you raising a glass to the incredible work of our frontline healthcare workers. From small al fresco vintner dinners at several celebrated Napa wineries, a dinner and auction on the lawn at , to a Family Fiesta filled with food and fun at ; there is fun to be had by all.

For those of you who haven’t been as lucky to snag one: It’s a croissant muffin that we fill with seasonal fillings, jams, or curd. The beautiful croughie pictured above is one of our current flavors, Blackberry Lemonade (lemon curd x blackberry compote). Our Story
As many food producers in the Napa Valley have known, commercial kitchen space is hard to come by; even with a vibrant food industry. Chef Sandy experienced this problem in 2009 and by early 2017 not much had changed for the better. She decided to look into what it would take to create a space that was designed and built as a commercial rental kitchen. After completing the NextLevel class offered by SBDC and coming up with a business plan she decided to start work on Spork Kitchens. After acquiring the space and building it out as a commercial kitchen Chef Sandy is ready to help create a community of food producers serving the Napa Valley and beyond.
