If you’ve been here for a hot second, then you know that I am NOT a reader. But somehow, I’ve already finished my 4th book of the year. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve read four books in a single year in my entire life!
The latest one I finished was My Husband's Wife by Alice Feeney.
This one is part thriller, part “whodunit,” with a side of “do you really know the people you know?” I listened to this one on audio, which I HIGHLY recommend. And yes, audiobooks absolutely count as reading.
When I got to the last few chapters, I literally had to rewind and relisten because the twists were so good that I thought I misheard something!
If you like mystery and suspense without it being super dark, horror-filled, or gory, this is a really solid pick. It was also a nice little palate cleanser after the highly emotional, gut-wrenching books I read before this one.
My rating: ⭐️ 3.75/5
