If you’ve ever found yourself Googling “Is it normal for my newborn to…” at 2 a.m., you’re definitely not alone.✨

The newborn stage is full of surprises, and sometimes it’s hard to know what’s expected and what deserves a call to your provider.

Remember: Every baby is different. Trust your instincts. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s always okay to reach out to your pediatrician or healthcare provider.

You’re learning. Your baby is learning.

And you’re doing an incredible job. 💕

You’ve got this, We’ve got you!

When we consciously relax our muscles during labor, we can help reduce unnecessary tension and work with our bodies instead of against them.🧘

Practice it now so it feels familiar when you need it most. 💚

“We are so grateful to have had our doula, Meg, support us through both labor and postpartum. She has such a nurturing presence, which gave us so much confidence throughout the process.

During labor, she helped me progress much faster as I requested help with this and provided calm, steady guidance
manageable during those early weeks. What I appreciated most was that she was always there to answer my many specific questions and listen without judgment. She is kind, calm, gentle, and always respectful in how she conducts herself. Because of her support, I was able to get more rest and focus on healing and bonding with my baby.

She truly went above and beyond, we feel incredibly lucky to have her by our side and would wholeheartedly recommend Meg to any family looking for a compassionate and dependable Doula”

Thank you again K family for trusting Meg as your doula🤍

Let’s normalize this truth: you are doing enough. 💗

Motherhood isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, loving deeply, and learning as you go. Some days are hard, some days are heavy, and some days you just survive—and that’s okay.

You were made for this role, even on the days you question everything. Trust yourself. You know more than you think. Your baby believes in you, and so do we😘

Take a deep breath, mama.

You’ve got this, we’ve got you 🤗

💬 Save this as a reminder for the hard days, and share it with another mama who needs to hear this today. 🌸

Doulas and midwives both provide incredible support during pregnancy and birth — but their roles are different💗

A midwife provides medical care and monitors the health and safety of parent + baby.

A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

The best part? They often work beautifully together as part of your support team ✨

Different roles. Same goal: helping families feel informed, supported, and cared for.

You’ve got this, we’ve got you!
