If you are someone that spends time in the gym training for performance on the golfing course and have hit a plateau in performance, I highly recommend spending a little time each week getting better at an athletic movement that you used to do well or have always wanted to be better at. The movement should challenge your eye//hand coordination, balance, reactive agility, etc. etc. etc.
Do this for 20 minutes, 3 times per week and watch your golf performance sky rocket 🚀
