Meet David Katz! Dave spent 7 years as Senior Vice President of Information Systems. His current duties are varied and include writing and managing the in-house Deployment System website, providing customer tech support, and managing inventory and shipping of products to customers.

He's been a nerd and musician since the Monkees took The Last Train to Clarksville, and maintains a small collection of PRS, Gibson, and Ibanez guitars which he still manages to play in his spare time.

Meet Jim Armstrong our Chief Sales Officer! Jim has over 27 years of executive sales management and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Veteran Payment Systems. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University and is a former US Marine. It is through those experiences that Jim has developed a keen eye for Market Insight, Organizational Design, Messaging, Metrics and Technology.

He has been married for 28 years, has 2 children and a love for the ocean and the occasional cigar.

Nsite is a new client retention technology designed to improve your Customer Survey Index (CSI) score. We have developed a Point of Sale system that includes a hand-held terminal and a short, non-invasive customer survey pushing real-time alerts to management. Further, client analytics will be hosted in the cloud, compiled and exported to the ownerโ€™s back office.

The customer is handed a Nsite tablet to pay. Before the customer can complete the transaction, they are asked to answer one or more questions. If a client responds with a negative experience, selected managers will receive a text within seconds. Thus allowing the staff to fix the issue before the client pays and leaves.

By proactively addressing your clients less than Completely Satisfied experience, you can keep them coming back and improve all instant online reviews (Google, Yelp).
