🇺🇸 Honoring a Hero 🇺🇸

Today, we paid tribute to Lt. Michael “Murph” Murphy, a true American hero. Lt. Murphy was a Navy SEAL who made the ultimate sacrifice during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan. His bravery, leadership, and selflessness continue to inspire us all.

In his honor, we tackled the “Murph” workout:

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

As we remember and honor his legacy let’s push our limits and embrace every daily challenge, just as Lt. Murphy did. 💪
