you’ll need:
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup Pyure organic maple flavored syrup
1 tsp almond extract
1 egg
2–3 tbsp almond butter
handful sliced almonds
how to:
preheat the oven to 375°F. mix the first 8 ingredients in a 8 by 8 baking dish. dot the almond butter over the top, sprinkle with almonds, and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
serve warm with a dusting of icing sugar and a spoon of crème fraîche if you’re feeling extra 🤍

Ingredients
• Yogurt of choice
• Pyure Maple syrup
• Banana, thinly sliced
• Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prep the base: Line a small tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Layer the yogurt: Spoon yogurt onto the parchment and spread into an even layer (about ¼ inch thick).
For hearts: shape with a spatula or pour into heart molds.
3. Add the swirl: Drizzle Pure caramel syrup lightly over the yogurt. Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl if desired.
4. Top it off: Add banana slices and sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over the top.
5. Freeze: Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
6. Break & serve: Remove from freezer, pop out hearts or break into pieces, and enjoy immediately.
