This is something sellers do not always realize.
Showings are not just about getting people through the door.
They are how buyers experience your home and decide how it compares to everything else they have seen.
Before a buyer even schedules a showing, they have already looked at your home online and compared it to others in the same price range.
By the time they walk through the door, they are asking themselves…
Does this feel like the best option for the price?
Buyers are paying attention to
• how the home feels when they walk in
• lighting and overall presentation
• cleanliness and condition
• how easy it is to move through the space
• whether it feels move in ready
Sometimes the difference between getting an offer and not comes down to how the home shows in person.
