Gracie PR's Creative Director and in-house photographer and videographer, .yo, chatted with about how to feel more confident during a photoshoot.

In addition to recommending letting your photographer know that you're feeling a little nervous, here's another piece of advice she shared:

Having your photo taken, especially if you're not used to it, can feel a little nerve-racking, but don't put pressure on yourself to look "perfect." I like to shoot with a lot of movement and keep things light and fun because my goal is to capture you as you are – not for you to look too posed or stiff. The other upside to movement in a photo shoot is that you're more focused on the movement itself and not on how you look. The goal is to have fun with it and trust your photographer to capture you in the most authentic way possible. 📷
