This year, EPA joyfully celebrated six seniors as they graduated from our high school program, marking our third high school graduation! These students and families have been part of the EPA family for many years, including some who have been with us since the founding of our school nine years ago.
Although a high school program was not part of the original plan, EPA continued to grow alongside the needs of our students. Out of a deep commitment to serving students with learning differences, EPA expanded to ensure students had a place where they could continue to thrive. In many ways, the journey of these graduates helped shape what our high school program has become today, and their story will always be woven into the story of EPA.
We are incredibly proud of each of our graduates and all they have accomplished throughout their time at EPA. Their perseverance, growth, and achievements reflect years of dedication and determination. They are a beautiful reminder of our school verse, that every student is a masterpiece, deeply known and deeply loved, with purpose and promise for their future.
It has been a privilege to walk alongside these students and families throughout their journey, and we look forward with excitement to all that God has in store for each of them. Congratulations, graduates!

In our high school program at EPA, students are not only learning academic content; they are also building the skills and strategies that help them become confident, independent learners.
In classes like high school history with Mrs. Arnold, students use Thinking Maps to organize information and break down complex topics in a clear, visual way. Lessons are supported through assistive technology, including read-aloud digital text that allows students to follow along and strengthen comprehension through a multisensory approach. Students also take part in collaborative review activities and interactive quizzes that reinforce learning in an engaging and supportive environment.
Across our high school program, this approach is intentional. Students are taught strategies for how they learn best and how to support their individual needs. These tools not only support success in the classroom, but also prepare students for college and career pathways.

What a fun and active year it has been in PE at our Frey Campus!
Throughout the year, Ms. Hartsfield’s PE classes have helped students build important physical skills, confidence, and healthy habits. Students participated in a variety of sports, games, fitness challenges, and team activities that encouraged movement, coordination, and teamwork in a supportive environment.
From basketball and volleyball to running challenges, relay races, obstacle courses, and more, students have had many opportunities to work together and stay active.
It has been a wonderful year of growth and connection as students developed skills that support lifelong health and wellness!
