Seriously, all of us appreciated your responsiveness and professionalism throughout the process – and for finding us the cash buyers! I know this has been a tough market, and unfortunately, I am not sure that it’s going to get any better in the short term. It does appear that the rental market is still robust and that you have a number of properties that you manage.
