We are excited to share that our team is growing. We are looking for a talented architectural designer to join our team as we have many exciting projects coming up!

This position is mostly remote but candidates must be local to Southern NH or Massachusetts for ocasional site visits.

Excited to share that our new 16-unit luxury 55+ apartment development has completed the schematic design phase and is moving into municipal approvals. Designed around intentional and accessible living, the building features a first-floor fitness center, lounge, patios, co-working space, and over 2,000 SF of rooftop deck space for residents to enjoy. Each unit also includes a minimum of 150 SF of private balcony space, creating a strong connection between the interior living areas and the outdoors.

Architecturally, the building draws inspiration from the local mill vernacular while thoughtfully responding to the surrounding neighborhood context. We’re looking forward to working with the Planning Board to help navigate this tight site and bring much-needed housing opportunities to Bedford 🔜

Schematic design renderings of this new construction home. This project will serve as our clients’ forever home and homestead, nestled deep in the mountains of New Hampshire.

The home is thoughtfully designed not only to allow the family to age in place, but also to accommodate generational living, all while integrating seamlessly with the landscape and capturing expansive views of the surrounding mountains 🏔️

Atrium is officially installed in our Sunroom project in Belmont, MA ☀️

The new folding doors and atrium completely transform the space, filling it with natural light and creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.
