I’ve been out in the garden getting everything cleaned up and planting for all the late Spring and Summer edibles. I’ve got to get my squash, pumpkins, and sweet potatoes planted ASAP. What are you planting this month?

Took a stroll through the garden on my way to let the chickens out this morning. My one purple lady bok choy that survived the Great Poultry Assault of 2025 is ready to harvest and my sugar magnolia peas are starting to produce! I’m seeing stir fry on the dinner menu this weekend. Yummmmmmmm.

Today’s first egg collection is giving me joy. I can’t wait to see what this evening’s collection is!
