(May 30th, 2013) Man of the Moment. Phil Midler (Kite Surfer) drags one of the drowning victims... We were in the middle of a photo shoot about Kitesurfing at Texas City D**e when we realized a group of 3 wade fishermen were in trouble. Phil Midler took off with the kite and managed to drag one of the drowning victims to safety with the help of 20 miles per hour wind. Another was saved with a jet...
