Diners are one of the most Jersey things you’ll ever come across, a menu that makes the Cheesecake Factory’s look small and probably serves breakfast till dinners gone. Dockside Diner LBI is just that and one of LBI’s most iconic spots in Spray Beach that’s been a fixture of Long Beach Boulevard since 1955 overlooking the bayside. The plates are pretty picturesque with taste to back it up, the short rib was an easy choice and anytime mashed potatoes and gravy are in front of me it’s a good time. Must try for sure and one of the pillars of LBI’s old school dining scene!!!
