I know you do. You are human after all. It is a very normal and healthy emotion. Our society just has a very backwards way at looking at it, which only causes its negative side to be seen. But there is a healthy side too. It helps us to realize a boundary has been crossed that we may not have even been aware of was there. It brings light to something once hidden in the dark asking to be healed.

But the most important thing about anger is to feel it. Well, that goes for ALL emotions, but anger can be one of the most toxic if suppressed. Like Mark Twain said...Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.

And like Shrek always says, "Better out than in!" So, honor your anger. Process it. Find what is behind it and take action towards healing.
