Next stop on our tour… Kured! What a fantastic business operation to support the community. I mean, cheese is a great way to bring everybody together. This was such a fun project for us and we love seeing it change as new artists are showcased throughout the year.
Walking tour of recent construction guided by our founder and president Mark Fisher.
Mark takes us through the new construction of Bakey, located in Downtown Boston, and Kured, located in Beacon Hill. Next, we visit the under-construction locations of Bailey & Sage and Roche Bobois, both coming soon to Boston’s Back Bay.

The landscape of the restaurant industry continues to change in many ways—delivery apps, pop ups, and ghost kitchens, just to name a few. One interesting recent development was the creation of Mr. Beast Burger, a Youtuber who capitalized on his notoriety to create a burger company housed on an app that sells food prepared in "ghost" or "cloud" kitchens. We thought it would be fun to check out the process and products, a.k.a eat some tasty burgers.
