As Small Business Month draws to a close, we're finishing the way we started — celebrating the incredible local businesses that make our communities what they are.
At Needham Bank, supporting the people who pour their hearts into building something great isn't just something we do in May — it's who we are all year long.
This week, we're proud to feature:
- Top Shot Fishing Company | Marshfield, MA
- A&d Appliance Center | Medfield, MA
- Mitchell Construction Group LLC | Medfield, MA
- CSCA Cafe | Cambridge, MA
- Good Dog Gallery | Newburyport, MA & Portsmouth, NH
- Ginger Fox | Stratham, NH
- Water Street Bookstore | Exeter, NH
- Geno's Chowder and Sandwich Shop | Portsmouth, NH
- Brooks Moving | Merrimack, NH
Thank you for everything you bring to our communities. Here's to you — this month and every month!

To celebrate Small Business Month, Needham Bank hosted a panel discussion on Capital Strategies for Women & Minority Owned Businesses in partnership with WBZ Radio at iHeart Studios in Medford.
The event featured industry experts and resource partners sharing insights and strategies to help businesses grow and access capital.
Small businesses are the backbone of our communities, and we’re proud to support the people behind them.
From New Hampshire to Florida, Needham Bank teams spent the month of May giving back to the communities we serve through hands-on volunteer efforts.
This month, employees volunteered with:
• Chase Home (NH)
• Community Servings (MA)
• Granite United Way Day of Caring (NH)
• Food for Free (MA)
• Blessings in a Backpack (FL)
Whether packing meals, supporting families, or lending a helping hand, we’re proud to continue making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Today, on National Senior Fraud Awareness Day, we are proud to recognize Detective Michael Schlittler of the Needham Police Department for his dedicated work protecting our community from fraud. Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of presenting him with an award in honor of his years of tireless effort investigating fraud cases and safeguarding those most vulnerable.
Senior fraud is a growing and serious threat, and Detective Schlittler has been on the front lines of that fight for years. We are grateful for his commitment to our community and proud to celebrate him today.
