How long have you been teaching?
I completed my yoga teacher training in 2020 and have been teaching at Yoga3 since it opened in 2021

What do you love most about teaching at Yoga3?
I love helping people feel better in their bodies through breath and movement. I enjoy doing yoga in the heated studios to enhance the poses and ease stress. All of the teachers, staff and members really make the studio special.

What is your favorite pose, exercise, or class format?
I love a vinyasa flow class connecting different poses with breath. My favorite pose is half pigeon pose Ardha Kapotasana because it works both sides of my hips at the same time.

What is one fun fact about you that members may not know?
I am a proud dog mom to a Vizsla named Cabby. We love to do yoga and go on adventures together.
