-JOY (spread it when you feel it)
-PERSONAL GROWTH (show it when you accomplish it)
-LOVE (live with it in your heart and soul)
-COMPASSION (for SELF and others equally)
-MAINTAINING WELL BEING (health is wealth, look good / eat good / sleep good = feel great)

These are just a few easy things to focus on while manifesting the peace we are all searching for ..

but we gotta radiate it in order to receive it
