Equine assisted psychotherapy and learning inspires self-confidence. So often, we hear “I can’t do that” and within five minutes a client or student has accomplished the task that caused fear. Developing skills such as perseverance, resiliency, grounding, and a love for trying new things even when they are hard is so valuable to young children. We have an epidemic of perfectionism in kids, leading to anxiety and fear of failure. These kids often avoid hard things and miss out on so many fun opportunities. We help kids push past the uncomfortable and focus on growth, often laughing along the way!

Sometimes I’m amazed by our horses. Other times, I’m amazed in a completely different way 🤣

The tornado that hit us on March 31st was definitely a disruption to the status quo. However, it has definitely helped us all to take a breath, focus on the important things in life, and help us refocus on the vision for Panther Creek Health 💚🤎🤍🌪️
