Okay… funny story!! 😂

This whole Spartan Race thing actually started because I found a Spartan Race T-shirt at a thrift store and thought it was cool. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

I started wearing it and people would stop me ALL the time saying things like, “Wait… you’ve done a Spartan?! Those are SO hard!!” I had absolutely NO idea how intense they were or how amazing the Spartan community was.

Fast forward to earlier this year- I started training for my very first Spartan Race in August!! 💪🔥 And let me tell you… I have a WHOLE new level of respect for everyone who’s done one. This training is no joke.

Now I guess I actually have to earn the shirt! 😂
Posting my video of doing a MURPH, which was insane and very challenging. I was toast on the push-ups 😂

A MURPH is a 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull-Ups, 200 Push-Ups, 300 Air Squats, and a 1 Mile Run

Who’s done a Spartan before?! Any tips?! Better yet… anyone want to train with me or do the race together in August?! 🙌
