We recently had the chance to meet with many of their team members during our visit to their Home Office, including women in their leadership team, such as their Co-Founder/Executive VP, Shilo Hutton, Executive VP Jayme Newbigging, and Director of Human Resources: Shelley Wagemann. Several years back, we were part of bringing Jayme and Ballard together, and it has been so wonderful to see her move up the ranks to become Executive VP of Business Operations within their organization.
