Nicole joined Neuro Path Wellness as a Rock Steady Boxing coach in July 2025 and eventually expanded her role into personal training in the fall. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and an MBA. She spent 10 years in corporate retail followed by 8 years in healthcare recruiting before following her passion for health and fitness and making a career change into the fitness industry.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, Nicole is passionate about helping older adults build strength, confidence, and independence through movement.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and two young daughters, working out, being outdoors, tackling home projects, running her small resale business, and hunting for unique thrift finds.
