Smarty Pants Learning Center is searching for an exceptional 4K Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 School Year!

This is more than a teaching position—it’s an opportunity to shape young minds, build confidence, inspire curiosity, and create a lifelong love of learning.

We’re looking for someone who:
📚 Creates engaging lesson plans aligned with Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards
🎨 Brings creativity, energy, and passion into the classroom every day
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Builds strong partnerships with families through communication and parent-teacher conferences
🌟 Creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children thrive

Qualifications:
✔ Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (Early Childhood Education preferred)
✔ Experience working with preschool-aged children
✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✔ Commitment to educational excellence and child development
