Mother’s Day can bring many emotions ranging from joy, gratitude, grief, love, longing, healing, or reflection. Today, we honor all forms of motherhood and every person navigating this day in their own way.

To the mothers, caregivers, those healing from mother wounds, those grieving, those longing to become mothers, and those simply doing their best each day, please know you are seen.

May today be a reminder to offer yourself the same compassion and care you so often give to others.

Our Expressive Arts Teens Group created meaningful artwork centered around self-esteem, self-awareness, relationships, community, social skills, and personal reflection.

Through collages, abstract portraits, and comic-strip storytelling, these teens explored their identities, life experiences, relationship dynamics, personal interests, and personal growth in creative and powerful ways.

We are so proud of their openness, insight, and creativity! They are such an astute, inspiring and talented group of unique individuals!
