🇺🇸 What a way to celebrate the 4th of July! We spent Independence Day at the Camp Lejeune & MCCS Lejeune-New River celebration, and WOW… you all showed up! From the live music and family fun to that incredible fireworks show, it was such an honor to celebrate with our military community and their families.

The other night I got home late from work and didn’t have time to eat. I walked up to my porch and there was a big ol bag of food delivery on my doorstep. It felt like discovering water in the desert.

But then I noticed it had my neighbor's address on it. Instead of tracking down my neighbor….I decided to eat it.

My justification was that by the time I figured out whose it was and got it to them, the food would be cold anyway. Plus, if it was delivered to the wrong house, they were probably already getting a refund or a replacement. So I enjoyed every last bite and never said a word.

Now I keep wondering if what I did was harmless or if I basically stole someone's dinner. Was I wrong to eat food that was accidentally delivered to my house, or once it's left on your doorstep is it fair game?
