Kat has been with us since day one, and watching her grow into an incredible head chef has been so rewarding. We’re so lucky to have her on this journey with us!

Shysti has been a steady part of our team for a long time. He's a pro on the flat top, always ready to jump in wherever he's needed, and never fails to keep us laughing.

Tank may be the newest member of the kitchen, but he's fit right in. He's quickly become part of the Firefly family and has been an awesome addition to the team.

Together, they work hard every day to create the meals you love, challenge each other to keep improving, and make our kitchen a fun place to be. We're incredibly grateful for everything they do and proud to have them as part of the Firefly family.
