Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program
CSHCN is for children with special needs from birth to 21 years of age and for people of any age with Cystic Fibrosis.
This program helps with:
Medical, dental, and mental health care
Payment for medical transportation
Family support services
Insurance premiums
Vehicle modification
Home modification
Case management
Special Therapies
Medications
Who may apply:
A Texas Resident
Has a physical condition that is expected to last 12 months or longer that will limit one or more major life activities
Is under 21 years of age (or any age for people with Cystic Fibrosis)
Meets family income limits
In addition to this program, our case managers are available to attend speaking engagements or meet one-on-one to educate others on the programs available in our region.

Christian ministries are generally orchestrated by a church, but some Christian individuals take it upon themselves to serve their community in the name of Jesus.
GENESIS 1:27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
It was because of this scripture, that God put in our hearts to create ministries using the talents he has blessed us with! And based on that scripture, We Should ALL, Be REFLECTIONS of Jesus Christ!
