Quick Asian Salmon Bowl 🍚🥗🐠🥢

I love salmon and I love rice. They are delicious AND they are very easy to throw together. I got home today and absolutely did not want to cook but nor did I want to order out again 🧐 I quickly marinated some salmon while I picked up the house in coconut aminos (soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Preheated the oven to 375. Chopped up leftover cabbage, cucumber, and carrots. Popped my rice and baked the salmon for 10 minutes skin side up with all the marinade juices! And Voila! A perfect rice bowl. I used the juices and mayo as my dressing and it all came together in an hour while I was able to multitask and put my mind at ease!
