Today, Heather Mills, our Executive Director, was honored as a 2026 Women in Leadership Honoree at YWCA New Britain’s Women in Leadership Luncheon. Accompanied by her husband, Pathways/Senderos staff, board members and friends, Heather was recognized for her exceptional leadership and dedication. Congratulations to Heather and all of this year’s honorees!
